What we build

Students learn without a clear path to a job, and employers struggle to find people with the skills they need. The gap costs both sides, and it costs the country. Longshort Labs was founded to close it.

We are a technology laboratory that builds integrated platforms across education technology and hiring technology. Continuum 360 administers institutions, roles and licences once; twelve connected products run admissions, learning, assessment, teacher development, hiring and payroll on top of it. Our customers are educational institutions, corporations, government bodies and individuals.

What we believe

Learning and earning are one continuum. The platforms that carry it are infrastructure rather than tools: a teacher gaining a skill, a student sitting an exam and a company hiring without bias all run on the same records. Connecting those records is the work.

How we work

The company is led by engineers and product leaders with decades of hands-on experience. We build software that is secure and scalable, and we measure it by the results it delivers for the institutions that run it. Where a product uses machine learning, for example proctoring in AssessGenius or candidate screening in SmartEval Pro, it does so inside the same administered records rather than as a separate system.
