You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on our monthly and annual SaaS plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

For services such as content creation and managed services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service agreement.
